Competition Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Competition is open to all customers who have made a purchase through South East Clearance within the 30 days prior to the daily draw date.
   If making a purchase in store, customers must provide their contact information at the time of purchase to be included in the draw (Name, Phone, Email & Address).
2. Employees and immediate family members of employees are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Drawn – 12.00pm daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
4. Draw location - 240 Boundary Road, Braeside Vic 3195.
5. Competition will consist of 247 daily draws. No individual prize exceeds $1000. Total value of prizes does not exceed $10,000.
6. Daily jackpot winner will be drawn at random and posted on the South East Clearance website (www.southeastclearance.com).
7. Daily jackpot winner will have until 11:59am eastern standard (daylight savings) time, on the following day to claim their prize.
8. In the event of the days jackpot/prize not being claimed within the above timeframe it will rollover to the following day and be redrawn. The jackpot amount will continue to roll over until it reaches a maximum of $1000 credit, or it is successfully claimed. If the Jackpot amount reaches $1000 credit, it will remain at $1000 credit until claimed by a daily winner. Once a jackpot is successfully claimed, the following days prize will revert back to the starting amount of $25 store credit.
9. All prizes from the prize pool will be distributed electronically to the successful claimant/winners. The successful claimant/winners of a daily jackpot will have the credit amount applied to their customer account with South East Clearance. The credit can then be used for the purpose of purchasing any goods from South East Clearance.
10. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
11. At the conclusion of the competition, any existing successful claims will be met notwithstanding the prize pool has been exceeded.
12. Printing errors or other quality assurance matters outside the control of the individual player must not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.

South East Clearance Newsletter Gift Voucher Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Competition is open to all customers who have made a purchase through South East Clearance within the 30 days prior to the draw date and is subscribed to the South East Clearance Newsletter.
   If making a purchase in store, customers must provide their contact information at the time of purchase to be included in the draw (Name, Phone, Email & Address).
2. Employees and immediate family members of employees are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Drawn – Newsletter will be emailed to subscribers on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday every week stating the winner.
4. Draw location - 240 Boundary Road, Braeside Vic 3195.
5. No individual prize exceeds $2000. Total value of prizes does not exceed $10,000.
6. Newsletter Gift Voucher Giveaway will be drawn at random and published in the tri-weekly South East Clearance newsletter.
7. Newsletter Gift Voucher Giveaway winner will have until 11:59am eastern standard (daylight savings) time, on the following newsletter day to claim their prize.

Once a jackpot is successfully claimed, the following newsletter prize will revert back to the starting amount of $50 store credit.
