All items will be dispatched within 2 business days and you should expect your order within 2-7 business days of dispatch. There may be some delays in deliveries due to our delivery partners. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us on (03) 8522 1889 before placing your order.
If you have ordered a larger item, such as bulky item (such as a generator) and above, our specialist courier will call you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
We also offer a Premium Delivery upgrade in selected areas which includes taking away the packaging of your new product, as well as your old appliance.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier’s name and your tracking number, if available. You will receive updates along the way, plus you can keep track of your order by logging into your southeastclearance.com account, or via the carrier’s website.
Unfortunately sometimes there can be delays in deliveries that are out of our control, situations such as pandemics, flooding, natural disasters and similar events may cause delays in deliveries. Unfortunately once an order is placed we are unable to divert packages. If you require your order by a certain date please contact our customer service team on (03) 8522 1889 and speak with a staff member regarding delivery time frames.
We are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been placed so please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
