Based on advanced hybrid technology, this high strength elastic adhesive sealant with fast strength build up is designed for bonding applications where immediate grab is required. High tensile strength offering very broad primerless adhesion to most building materials, wet or dry, with excellent resistance to weather, UV and mould. Making it suitable for internal and external use. Permanently flexible with a joint movement capability of ±20%. Easy to gun and tool with a standard applicator as it does not contain solvents and isocyanates.

Odourless. Adjustable for 10 mins. Non-corrosive. Easy to extrude and tool. Neutral cure. Flexible over a wide range of temperatures. Paintable and sandable. Fast curing.

Ideal for bonding and sealing in indoor and outdoor applications where a tough flexible rubber joint or a powerful grab is required. Suitable for temperatures from -40°C to 90°C. Support for 10–20 mins during powder and thermal curing cycles.

Adheres to a wide range of building materials and various plastic materials (except PE, PP, PTFE).

Before use, ensure surfaces are clean, free of dirt, grease and old sealant. Ensure joints are of the correct depth and width. Cut the end of the cartridge then screw on the supplied nozzle. Apply in beads onto one of the surfaces and press the surfaces together. Joint movement capability ±20%. Apply masking tape to the joint then tool off before skin formation. Paint when fully cured.

Not recommended for trafficable joints, continuous immersion, or exposed roofing applications. Some water-based paints may not produce skins (test first).

Clean up: Wipe off with cloth before curing. Some paints may require sanding to key surface. Paint when fully cured.
