PRO-TRADE Joint Sealant LM is a one-component, non-slumping polyurethane joint sealant designed for expansion and construction joints. Its low modulus formulation provides high movement capability and excellent adhesion for professional sealing applications. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use on vertical and horizontal joints.

• Box of 12 × 600ml foil sausages
• Low modulus polyurethane sealant
• High flexibility with ±25% joint movement
• Excellent resistance to weathering and ageing
• Non-slumping, bubble-free cure
• No shrinkage during curing
• Good adhesion to many common building materials
• Paintable after cure with water-based paints (oil-based paints require suitable priming)
• Suitable for interior and exterior applications
